Purpose

To enable you to develop selling skills, to improve your performance in meeting and exceeding sales targets.


Aimed At

Tele sales - NVQ Level II (Full Award or Unit Accreditation)

Internal/External Sales - NVQ Level III (Full Award or Unit Accreditation)

Account Managers - NVQ Level IV (Full Award or Unit Accreditation)


National Accreditation

Successful completion of this programme will lead to the appropriate NVQ Level listed for each occupational Level.

Remember, a successful award endorses your ability to successfully complete the job where it really matters – ‘in the workplace’.


Areas Covered

- Initial Diagnostic

 

A relevant Diagnostic helps you and us to determine where your experience lies against the National Standards of ‘best practice’. The programme will give you credit for what you are doing well and assist you to develop in the identified ‘gaps’.

- Sales performance in:

Personal/Territory/Customer management
Gaining Customer commitment using the telephone
Opening the sale
Gaining Customer Buying Criteria
Presenting the product
Closing the sale
Overcoming objections
Using ‘pre-close’ techniques
Preparing Customer Proposals
Completing Customer Presentations

- Assessor/Adviser Support

An experienced Assessor will make a number of visits with the Salesperson and assess the performance against the National Standard, praising and accrediting good performance and identifying areas for improvements.
