To enable leaders from Private and public Organisation’s, who wish to further develop their Leadership skills and performance, to bring measurable improvements to their people.
If required, successful completion of this programme can lead to an NVQ Level V unit.
Remember, a successful award endorses your ability to successfully complete the job where it really matters – ‘in the workplace’.
- Initial Diagnostic
A Diagnostic, which includes feedback from your colleagues and Team about your current Leadership performance, enables you to examine and identify what areas you are performing well in and those areas, which need to be considered for improved performance.
Programmes are delivered through:
- Workshops
1 day (local)
Using a range of practical models and structured inputs you will be in a position to develop a Personal Improvement Plan for yourself and your people. The underlying principle of the Programme is to help you to ‘step back’ and reflect, giving you appropriate tools to go back to your workplace to implement and measure your progress.
2 days (European location)
A complete change of scenery(!), as we take you far away, for uninterrupted, quality time with yourself and other Participants.
A structured programme enables you to look backwards and forwards, enabling you to piece all the issues together.
1 day (local)
A final review day enabling you to review results and issues, which have arisen, enabling you to decide your next step and required actions.
1:1 sessions
Visits by the Programme Facilitators, in between Workshops, to discuss and examine the issues arising from this challenging and well-structured Programme
- Assessment
If required, Participants can elect to be assessed against the National Standards for Senior Management, NVQ Level V.
