From 1 September 2006 Develop UK has been renamed and re-branded, "THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY".

Stuart Klein (Managing Director) formed Develop UK in 1992 to provide training and development for organisations, enabling them to improve their performance, by developing their pepole.  Over the period of our existence we have developed over 3000 people and enabled them to add £millions to their 'bottom-line'. 

The Leadership Academy has its Headquarters in Sheffield but is quickly developing a national structure, to support its delivery across the UK. We currently work in England, Scotland and Wales. Professional and client focused training and business development solutions are provided through practical approaches from experienced and business related people.

Our core activity is business and management development at all levels, from hands-on staff, through to Senior Management, with responsibility for strategy.

We are a Registered Centre for a number of Awarding Bodies, including ILM, OCR and EDEXCEL. Currently we are able to offer over 35 qualifications, across the main business activity areas.

We also deliver non-accredited Programmes, aimed at assisting Organisations to improve their performance by improving their Employees, to increase their contribution.

The Leadership Academy staff, and the select number of Associates that they use, strongly believe in the ethos of continuous business improvement linked to continuous personal/ professional development. All programmes are designed to stretch/challenge/develop candidates and businesses within the National Standards/Best Practice framework.
